Here are some common questions we get from owners:

Do you charge us for times when our home isn't rented or when we stay there?
Absolutely not!  We only get paid from paid bookings.

Do we have to accept pets?

No.  Each of our owners decided on their pet policy. 

What do I need to do to get my home ready?

Contact our Vacation Rental Specialist, Jennifer, to receive a homeowner checklist that will help you prepare your home.

Will I have to take reservation calls or questions from people staying in my home?

Leave that to us!  We handle everything for you.  Our goal is to make sure you can enjoy your vacation home when you'd like without worrying about it when you're not there.
